TERMS: All orders will be shipped prepaid, credit card or c.o.d. (money order, or certified check.) Shipping, handling, insurance and C.O.D. charge extra.

DELIVERY: All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest, most economical method, usually U.P.S. Ground. One or two day U.P.S. or FedEx shipments are available on rush orders at your request. We ship daily (M - F) by U.P.S., Federal Express, and common carrier.

DROP SHIPS: Any and all items drop shipped from a vendor are subject to a fee based upon their charges to us.

RETURNED CHECKS: If, at any time a check is returned as "non-payable due to insufficent funds", the account will revert to a cash only status. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the cost materials and manufacturing.

SALES TAX: Must be added to the purchase price unless shipped out of state or province of purchase, or unless a verified tax exemption certificate is on file and current at Bicknell Racing Products.

BACK ORDERS: Any item not available at the time of order will be placed on backorder unless other arrangements are made. Items will remain on back order unless cancelled, and will be shipped upon receipt.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE: Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Shortages must be reported to B.R.P. within 3 business days. Damage claims must be reported immediately to the freight carrier. Hold original cartons, all packing material and damaged merchandise for inspection by freight carrier, otherwise no damage claims can be honored.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. A return goods authorization number( R.G.A. Number) will be issued and returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge which will be applied to a credit or exchange. No cash refunds. All returned merchandise must be in original package. No returns on parts that have been installed. No returns on special orders. No returns on wheels or tires. No returns after 30 days.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All items not listed in the catalog are considered to be "Special Order" and are non-returnable.

All goods remain property of Bicknell Racing Products until full payment
of goods is received by Bicknell Racing Products.

ORDER INFORMATION: Use part number(s) with three letter vendor prefix, quantity, size & color and any pertinent information needed. Be sure to provide Customer No., Name, Address and Phone number. Orders can be phoned or faxed. Orders placed by 2:30 pm will be shipped the same day. We will attempt to fill and ship orders placed after 2:30 pm the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day.

We regret that we can not ship to P.O. Box numbers
